Some New Realists

I would like to comment on a statement made in the article 'Some New Realists' in the Autumn 1981 issue of Art New Zealand (No. 19), in which my work is discussed.

It is incorrect to say that I 'shun' photography. Although it is fair to say that I haven't taken photographs to use directly for painting, I have used photographic images from other sources for such a purpose.
